October was a busy month! Here's a list of the major things we did:
- Jay had his first dentist visit, which went well.
- We took the boys to a birthday party for a girl in Jay's class. It was held at a park on a Sunday morning. It was pretty cold, but the boys had fun playing on the playground.
- We went to a pumpkin patch/farm along with our neighbors and Grandma Clarke. Again, it was cold, but the boys had fun looking at the animals. We took a tractor ride back to the pumpkin patch and the boys ran around the field while we scoped out and chose a pumpkin.
- We went to Lake George to visit our friends and their two boys, aged the same as ours. We spent the night at their family's beautiful lake house and had a fun ride on their boat. The boys had a great time playing together and we had fun catching up with our friends whom we hadn't seen in quite awhile.
- School picture day.
- Halloween! Jay was a motorcycle racer (though he called himself a race car driver) and Brody was a monkey. We went trick-or-treating with our neighbors and their children. Brody had to cut out early because he was tired.
- Jay turned 3!!!
