Well, I'm doing a crummy job catching up so far. I just don't know where the time goes! Here's the highlights from August 2016. Only almost a year after the fact...
- We stayed with Grandpa Clarke and Grandma Brigid in Cape Cod
- We went to a pool party at Serena and John's house
- Jay had his last day of kindergarten prep at the ESPN KidsCenter
- Jay started kindergarten at West District Elementary!
- We attended the ESPN picnic (which was on the 1st day of kindergarten, unfortunately)
The boys had red hair gel put in their hair after getting it cut. Later on, we went to the playground where they proceeded to get hot and sweaty. This caused the red gel to run all over their heads and faces. It looked like something terrible had happened to them! I neglected to take a picture of that scene, but it wasn't pretty!

The boys and I encountered some yellow jackets in our backyard. It was horrible! Poor Brody got 10 stings, Jay got 5 and I got 9. It was the boys' 1st time being stung. Talk about traumatic and painful. It started a bug phobia in our house that lasted for quite awhile!
